PDPA

1. In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”), Don Quixote Pte Ltd (“DQ”) seeks your consent to collect and use your personal data (i.e. Name, contact numbers, mailing and email addresses) in order to maintain the registry of INDIVIDUALS and to disclose such personal data to CONIC’s affiliated organisations where necessary (“Purposes”).

 

2. DQ will also collect and use your personal data to provide you with information on activities such as upcoming events and product seminars organised by DQ and its affiliated organisations which may be relevant to you (“Services”).

 

3. DQ respects your privacy and assures that your personal data will be kept securely according to PDPA.

 

4. By filling any of our surveys you hereby give your acknowledgement and consent to DQ to use your personal data for the aforesaid Purposes and Services. In the event that you have registered my Singapore telephone numbers(s) with the Do Not Call Registry and wish to withhold or withdraw my consent to DQ in respect of receiving telephone calls and/or SMS, you shall provide sufficient notice to DQ of such as soon as reasonably practicable. You further agree to indemnify DQ against any financial penalties imposed by the Personal Data Protection Commission or any court of law in Singapore as a direct or indirect result of your failure to inform DQ of your registration with the Do Not Call Registry.

 

5. You agree that your consent will remain in place until your withdrawal by officially notifying DQ in writing at admin@cognoscentimg.com
